About This Safari
Ukhalu Waterfall — a beautiful and relatively less-visited natural attraction. The waterfall generally flows from June to January. Reach it by travelling approximately one kilometre uphill from Ukhalu village. As it lies within a forested area, hiring a local guide is essential. Best time: June to January.
Udgiri Waterfall — an offbeat monsoon adventure. The trail begins near Bauddhwadi, close to Udgiri village. Access requires special permission and an accompanying authorised guide, subject to Forest Department regulations. Best time: June to November.
Exploring Udgiri Waterfall along with a jungle safari can take more than five hours in total. Swimming or bathing is not permitted at the waterfalls.
